You know my favorite part of a new year? Yep, you guessed it: MAKING PLANS. If you’ve been here for literally one (1) minute, you probably have noticed that I’m a bit obsessed with dreaming big, setting goals, and making plans.
For that reason, I literally COULD NOT resist making a video about my new year planning process! When I told y’all I was going on hiatus at the end of December, I mentioned my “what’s next retreat” (an entire week of planning planning planning.) A lot of you guys requested that I make a VIDEO about my yearly goal-setting process… and I was like, why not!? (January 8th isn’t too late to talk about making goals for 2020, right?)
So without further ado, here you have it: my (rather intense) planning process, start to finish. How I set goals, prioritize what’s most important to me, and stick to my new-and-improved healthy habits.
